Race Description:
 
Bike Ride:
18 miles - This is NOT a closed course.
 
Run:
4.5 miles along dirt / gravel path along lake -  out and back
 
Kayak:
Approximately 1.5 miles.  Teams may use 2 people in a  canoe or 1 person in a kayak.
 
Duathlon is Bike and Run
Triathlon is Bike, Run, Kayak / Canoe
 
Cost:
Pre-Registration **Ends June 20**

Awards/Prizes/Food
 
All participants will receive a Bristol Challenge t-shirt.  Prizes and medals will be given in the following categories:  
 
Male Solo, Female Solo and Relay Team.
 
Prizes and medals will go to 1st - 3rd place finishers in these categories.  There will also be an overall male and overall female winner.  
 
Lunch will be provided to all participants and volunteers.
